  Welcome to your new class!
  Our new children are settling in and getting to know each other. In reception we are learning to use our environment and to look after our classroom. We are making new friends and learning new routines. 

  In our class we have been singing lots of songs and finding out about the seaside, looking at different shells has been fun and interesting. 

  We have been enjoying learning all about the creatures you find at the beach and  next week we will be making our own seaside role play area outside.

• Oakbridge Nursery News

  The children and staff have settled beautifully back at Oakbridge Nursery. 

  This week, we have had so many new friends come in to join us. We've been playing in the mud kitchen with our friends, showing our climbing and exploring our classrooms and garden.

  It has been hot, hot, hot this week so snack time in the garden and water play has been our favourite thing to do. 

  We have been remembering and learning our 'days of the week' song as well as showing amazing listening during our story times. 

  Look at all the fabulous photos of our first week back at school. 

  We have had so much fun being back at school and being little busy bees, buzzing around with our friends and teachers.
