In Year 6LD @RF the children have been developing their textile skills by learning a range of stitching techniques, including both basic and more advanced stitches. They have been practising carefully to improve their accuracy and confidence. The children are now applying these skills to design and create their own bags and pencil cases. As an added challenge, they are incorporating embroidery to personalise their work and showcase their creativity. It has been fantastic to see their enthusiasm, perseverance and growing attention to detail throughout this project, with many pupils taking great pride in their work. Well done, Year 6 – we are looking forward to seeing the final products!
