In Year 2 RE @RF, we have been exploring the work of artist L.S. Lowry and learning about his unique style. The children have created their own paintings inspired by his famous industrial scenes, using watercolours to build backgrounds of factories and buildings. They will be adding their own “matchstick people” to bring their artwork to life. We are very proud of their creativity and enthusiasm.
