Living Well Bromley
Living Well is a caring community which aims to be a place where people feel accepted, loved and valued. We work with our partners to support people with different needs – including addictions, mental health problems, debt or homelessness – in Penge, South East London and the surrounding areas. Our work reflects our Christian beliefs and everyone is welcome, whoever they are. Our services are all free to use and include a foodbank, a community lunch, mental health support, debt advice and help with addiction.
NHS Test and Trace - support payment
If you have been told by the NHS to self-isolate, because you have tested positive for COVID-19 or have been in contact with someone who has tested positive, you may be able to get some financial help while self-isolating and if your earnings have reduced because of isolating. Help is available only for those with low earnings and who cannot work from home. To be eligible for a payment, you must also be in receipt of an ‘in work benefit’ such as Working Tax Credit, Universal Credit or Housing Benefit.
We are the national kinship care charity. We want kinship carers and the children they are raising to be recognised, valued, and supported. There are 200,000 children in the UK being raised by relatives or friends because their parents can no longer look after them.
